Refund & Cancellation

At Mido Mind Care (MMC), we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our therapists. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures a fair professional boundary while accommodating life's unpredictability.
1. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked therapy session, the following rules apply based on the timing of your request:

2. Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
- Transaction Fees: Any third-party payment gateway charges (usually 2-3%) are non-refundable as they are charged by the provider.
3. Session Packages
For users who have purchased multi-session bundles:
- Refunds for unused sessions in a package are calculated by charging the full standard rate for used sessions and refunding the balance.
- Partial refunds are not applicable if the package has expired (standard validity is 180 days unless specified otherwise).
4. Technical Issues
If an online session is interrupted by significant technical failure (e.g., server outage) on MMC's end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If the issue is on the client's end, the therapist will wait for 15 minutes before the session is marked as a "No-Show."
5. Return Policy
As MMC provides digital services and professional consultations, there are no physical products to return. Services once fully rendered (completed sessions) are non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine medical emergencies or accidents happen. In such verified cases, MMC management may waive the 24-hour rule at their sole discretion. Please contact care@midomindcare.in with relevant documentation.
